Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie

Almost everyone love strawberry smoothie. Well, strawberries are rich in vitamin C and Iron and can help lower cholesterol. Some use strawberry as part of their diet. Why not? It's good for us especially to our body and its Delicious.

Ingredients :

  • 250g Strawberries ~ Frozen
  • 150ml Skimmed Milk
  • 250ml Plain Yogurt
  • 6-8 pcs. of Ice Cubes

Direction :

Remove the stems or stalks of strawberries. Pour the skimmed milk and plain yogurt into a blender then add the strawberries and then the ice cubes.

Note :

Add the liquid ingredients first before adding the strawberries to stop blocking the blending mechanism.


Add milk if your smoothie is too thick.
