Spinach with Mango Smoothie

Who said smoothies can make you fat? Smoothies are healthy and rich in vitamins. Like this Spinach and mango Smoothie. Spinach low in calories and High with vitamins and minerals. Mango is a high fiber fruit. So if your looking for a healthy Green Smoothie this one is for you.




Ingredients :
  • 2-3 Cups of Fresh Spinach ~ Washed
  • 2 Yellow Filipino Mangos ~ or any yellow mangos you prefer
  • 1 Cup of Milk ~ ( Soya Milk - Optional )


Direction :

Peel and dice the mangos then add all ingredients into your blender. Blend until smooth.
I say soya milk is optional because personally I don't like the taste of soya milk.
Its up to you if you feel like adding soya milk to your Spinach with mango smoothie.
